The Company is permitted to offer a range of crypto asset-related services in accordance with the Cyprus regulatory framework, which aligns with the European Union’s evolving standards for digital finance and virtual assets:

• Exchange between crypto-assets and fiat currency
• Exchange between different crypto-assets
• Management, transfer, holding and/or safekeeping, including custody, of crypto-assets or cryptographic keys or means which allow the exercise of control over crypto-assets
• Participation and/or provision of financial services related to the distribution, offering and/or sale of crypto-assets, including the initial offering
